Michael Cole has been in the lighting industry for 33 years. He runs a lighting component distribution business called Prime Light, which he founded some 20 years ago. His company specialise in supplying lighting components to all types of lighting producers be they commercial, industrial or residential/ domestic lighting manufacturers.

His company Prime Light handle components such as lampholders, flourescent and discharge control gear, be it electronic, wire wound, transformers, drivers for LED, a range of specialist cables, two to 6 pole connector systems, extrusions, and a wide range of accessories. His company are exclusive UK distributors for a number of highly regarded overseas manufacturers. Michael is thus well placed to have an overview of the UK lighting industry producers and a lengthy business/commercial experience
