Lighting Association Laboratories – New appointment

Mark Salt joins the Lighting Association Laboratories as the General Manager.

Mark joins us from the product testing, certification and consultancy business; TRADA Technology. Where he developed services and commercial developments to meet industry requirements both in the UK and internationally.

A trained Electrical and Electronics Engineer with the Royal Air Force, Mark served for 10 years with the RAF both here in the UK and overseas. After completing his service he worked for the likes of Xerox, Corus and TRADA Technology in roles as diverse as Sales and Business Development through to Commercial Business Management.

Mark believes that his skills in Business Management and development can focus and develop the services the LA Lab delivers to its clients both to meet today’s requirements and those required in the future within the lighting market place and he is looking forward to the challenges the role has to offer.
