Welcome to the Lighting Industry Association
The NEW Lighting Industry Association was formed on January 1 2012, from the merging of the Lighting Industry Federation and the Lighting Association.
The Lighting Industry Association’s mission is to strengthen the industry and promote the benefits of good quality lighting by representing all aspects of UK, EU and international legislation and standards at the highest level whilst protecting the interests of both the public and members.
We will create a strong brand in a competitive marketplace supported by high quality training and greater communication which will in turn stimulate demand for lighting technology and quality products.
The Lighting Industry Association brings together over 175 years of knowledge and experience to represent and strengthen the industry.
